Little Girl Finds A Secret Room In Her House That Leads Into An Even Wilder Surprise

Having a family is one of the main desires of most people on the planet. This was also the case for this man from England. When he found out his wife was expecting, he promised to be the best father he could be. He helped redecorate a spare room into a nursery, childproofed the home. But that was not all: he went the extra mile and created something amazing for his future daughter.

The soon-to-be father made sure his daughter wouldn’t lack for any kind of entertainment. He bought all kinds of children’s books, plush animals and dolls. He also came up with a pretty unique idea. He needed to be patient for it to work, because his plan would take more than six years.

While he was working on the nursery, he decided to hide something in the house for his future daughter to find. He took this project so seriously that he actually waited until his daughter was 6 years old before he revealed it to her. It was, however, worth the wait. It really showed how much effort this father was willing to put into his relationship with his daughter.

Six years after his daughter was born, he decided to finally set his plans into motion. He had worked hard on this secret project, which was now finally going to be revealed. When he was ready, he told his daughter to clean out an old trunk full of junk. 

The man’s daughter didn’t notice that he had turned on a camera. Nor did she find it strange that her mother and grandmother, who were watching, were so interested in her cleaning out this old trunk. After emptying the trunk of countless odds and ends, the little girl finally found something interesting. The plan was finally coming together.

The little girl found an old, worn and weathered piece of paper in the trunk. It looked like something out of an Indiana Jones movie. But what was this piece of paper? And what did it have to do with the plan that her father had come up with all those years ago? 

When the girl unfolded the piece of paper, she immediately recognized it as a treasure map. It was like one of those maps from pirate movies! The little girl was extremely excited by her discovery. It felt like something straight out of her wildest dreams: a real life treasure map, found in her own house! She couldn’t wait to solve it.

Together with her father, the little girl inspected the treasure map. It did look like a real treasure map. When they decided that it must be the real deal, they set out to find the treasure that was promised by this mysterious piece of paper. The little girl had no idea that her father already knew what she was going to find.

It didn’t take long for the girl to figure out that it was actually a map of her own house. All of the rooms were on it! She took it to the hallway and oriented herself. Where was this treasure the map spoke of? With the help of her father, she found out that… It was right in her own bedroom!

Mom, dad and grandma followed the little treasure hunter on her way to her bedroom. They were so excited to see her completely immersed in the story. Inside the room, the girl soon found the spot that was marked on the map as the hiding place of the promised treasure. Inside, she made an amazing discovery.

The imagination of the little girl ran wild. Was she going to find a pirates cache full of golden coins, jewelry and gemstones? Or was it going to be a stash of gold bars that had been stolen by outlaws from the cowboy stories? She would soon find out, as she realized that the map pointed to a secret room, hidden behind one of her bedroom walls.

The hiding place of the treasure must’ve been concealed by whoever hid it there, as there was now a wall separating it from the little girl’s bedroom. Did she hit a dead end? Her father knocked on the wall and realized that it sounded hollow. By knocking around, he pinpointed the exact location of the hidden treasure. What was back there?

Her father, who was completely immersing himself in this treasure hunt, went to get an electric saw. He was going to help his daughter find the treasure, even if it meant breaking into the wall. Of course, his daughter had no idea that it had been him who had planted it there all along.

The father cut a square out of the wall, which was just large enough for his daughter to crawl through. The family sat back and watched with excitement as the little girl went into the hole to explore and to find the treasure that was promised by the map she had found in the old trunk.

Once the little girl was inside the secret hiding place, she couldn’t believe her eyes. This had been hidden behind her bedroom wall all these years? There was a whole room here, which seemed to be empty, apart from something against the wall. She noticed something curious there.
