- Put the baking soda and water in a small bowl and mix well. This serves as a type of detergent for the machine.
- Put the special detergent in the detergent compartment and pour the vinegar into the drum. Set the machine to a normal wash cycle, choosing the hottest water. Then let the washing machine do its work.
