  2. 45 grams baking soda
  3. 60 milliliters of water

Steps

Follow the steps below to get a clean washing machine again.

  • Put the baking soda and water in a small bowl and mix well. This serves as a type of detergent for the machine.
  • Put the special detergent in the detergent compartment and pour the vinegar into the drum. Set the machine to a normal wash cycle, choosing the hottest water. Then let the washing machine do its work.
  • When the program is finished, use a sponge to wipe away the remaining dirt. Don’t forget to include the edges, that’s where the most dirt is! Voilà, you have a clean washing machine again!
